Fernbrook Woods is located on the north side of Plymouth off of Fernbrook Lane just south of Schmidt Lake Road. Fernbrook is a great neighborhood offering a quiet neighborhood atmosphere and scenic wooded environment full of mature trees. The neighborhood consists of 100 single family homes featuring rambler and traditional housing styles with prices ranging from $400,000 to $550,000. Fernbrook Woods is an excellent neighborhood with much to offer including great homes for sale, family friendly community, and easy access to numerous amenities.

Fernbrook Woods features central location within close proximity to some of the best amenities in Plymouth. Residents of the neighborhood have easy access to several shopping, dining, and recreational amenities including Fairway Greens Park, Woodland Trails Park, Plymouth Creek Park, Hollydale Golf Course, Plymouth City Center, and Rockford Plaza. Residents of Fernbrook Woods are served by Independent School District 284 also known as Wayzata Public Schools. Wayzata Public Schools is an excellent school district dedicated to providing students with an exceptional education designed to inspire them and help them excel. The closest school to Fernbrook Woods is Providence Academy. Providence serves around 800 students in grades K-12. There are over 100 faculty and staff, 60% of which holds a  master’s degrees and 8% a PhD. Other schools in the area include Kimberly Lane Elementary School, Central Middle School, Wayzata High School, West Lutheran High School, and Fourth Baptist Christian School.
